
I currently offer several online training spots! These sessions are conducted (FaceTime/Zoom/etc) on days/times convenient for all. Sessions 2-3x/per week are available (depending on preferences/schedules). My programs center around strengthening your body and performing as pain-free as possible.

I played sports growing up and always loved anything physical. I experienced a complete ACL tear in 2013 during a basketball game and recovered fully 6 months later. During physical therapy , I had my first glimpse of the importance of strength training and mobility in injury prevention. After running endless miles and completing a variety of workouts, I developed my love for strength training during my freshman year of college. I focused more on HOW I was feeling rather than how I looked and implemented progressive overload (more over time).
I obtained my bachelors at the University of Louisiana Monroe in Kinesiology. Interning in the campus Wellness Department, I trained clients and hosted fitness classes every week, staying on after graduation. I taught yoga classes to the ULM Cheer Team, ULM’s Men’s Golf, and at other local locations.
Strength training changed not only my physique, but my mental and spiritual health as well. I enjoy helping others embrace their personal journey with movement and all the beautiful benefits along the way.
